I was born in Gloversville, NY in 1966. Gloversville is in upstate N.Y.
and is about an hour's driving time west of Albany.
If you're wondering about the name of the town, it used to be the glove making
capital of the world. Environmental concerns and cheap labor
elsewhere have caused Gloversville's leather industry to decline.
Camaros and Firebirds are still the cars of choice there.
Those cars are wicked! Yowza! (I'd better not set foot back there again as
they'll dump me in a dye vat at Karg's)
After high school I was in the Navy for a little over 6 years.
While in the Navy I spent time in
Great Lakes, IL,
Pensacola, FL,
Winter Harbor, ME,
Adak, AK,
Diego Garcia, and
Washington, D.C..
After leaving the Navy I finished up my B.S. in Business and
have been working as a computer programmer ever since. I currently
live in Denver, CO and work for the regional phone company.
Much more to come.....
