December 15th, 2007 my friend, TC, and I skied to the Squaw Peak fire tower. It was roughly 10 miles round trip. The battery in my camera was not charged as the charger had lead me to believe. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

Squaw peak, near Evergreen Colorado, has 3 trail heads which are 8, 9, and 10 miles to the west of the Evergreen parkway on route 103. At the peak you will find a fire tower.
